Print onto white cardstock. Use the Nestabilities 3 1/2" scalloped square to cut and emboss the frame around the image. Cut the mat from red scrapbook paper using the 4" Nestabilities scalloped square. Cut the 4 7/8" x 6 3/8" background from blue and white striped scrapbook paper. Punch the corners with the Fiskars lace corner punch.
